Our infrastructure is created from existing tools and components, to create an ecosystem to support data management, HPC analysis, and the FAIR reuse of data, protocols, models and workflows.
We are developing our ecosystem components using a series of pilot projects, to address specific challenges in the data life cycle. Here are some examples:
- Automatic back-up solutions
- Submission of data to well-known public repositories
- Support for the automated FAIRification of different types of data
